Caring Youth Recognition: April 27

Celebrate and honor exceptional young people during the 21^st annual St. Louis Park Caring Youth Recognition on Tuesday, April 27^th, 6:45 – 9 p.m. at the Minneapolis Marriott West, 9960 Wayzata Blvd. This year’s emcee will be Joan Steffend,a national Emmy award-winning journalist and TV host. Joan hosted Decorating Cents on HGTV and was an anchor with KARE 11.

Local organizations are involved in honoring teens for their spirit of caring and concern. The honor recognizes young people who demonstrate caring by reaching out, or whose day-to-day lifestyle reflects uncommon concern for others. Participating organizations include congregations, schools, youth serving agencies, the city and service clubs.
